VALLEY VIEW 6KM - RACE INFORMATION

The 6km Valley View will host the 2024 New Zealand Mountain Running Championships for Junior athletes aged 15 to 19 and Masters athletes aged 35 and over.

​This race will also serve as a selection trial for the 2025 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships in Canfranc, Spain (25 - 28 September). To be considered for selection, please ensure you select the NZ Mountain Running Championship option on the entry page. Please be aware that Athletics NZ rules and age categories apply, which may differ from those of the host event.
